Ingredients

  • 🌾 100 g pita bread
  • 🥕 150 g tomato
  • 🥕 100 g cucumber
  • 🥕 50 g radish
  • 🥕 100 g lettuce
  • 🧂 10 g sumac
  • 🍋 50 ml lemon juice
  • 🫒 50 ml olive oil

Method

  1. 1 Fry or bake pita until crispy, then break into pieces.
  2. 2 Chop all vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  3. 3 Mix vegetables with sumac, lemon juice, and olive oil.
  4. 4 Toss in pita pieces just before serving.
