Ingredients

  • 🌾 200 g glutinous rice flour
  • 🍯 100 g palm sugar
  • 100 g grated coconut
  • 🌿 3 leaves pandan leaves
  • 200 ml water
  • 🧂 5 g salt
  • a few drops food coloring

Method

  2. 2 Form the dough into small balls or desired shapes.
  3. 3 Boil water, then drop the forms into it to cook through.
  4. 4 Roll the cooked rice cakes in a grated coconut and serve.
