Spicy potato fritter served inside a bun, akin to a burger.

Why try it?

Vada Pav is often referred to as the 'Mumbai Burger' and is an essential part of the city's bustling street food scene. It's a perfect embodiment of the city's fast-paced life, offering a quick yet hearty snack for people on the go.

How it tastes

The vada, a spiced potato patty, is crispy on the outside and soft inside, with a burst of spice and warmth. The soft bun contrasts nicely, often smeared with spicy chutneys, balancing heat with tanginess.
