Ingredients

  • 🥩 200 g pork belly
  • 🥩 200 g chicken thigh
  • 🥣 50 ml soy sauce
  • 🧄 4 cloves garlic
  • 🧂 20 g ginger
  • 🥕 2 medium bell peppers
  • 🥕 4 stalks spring onions

Method

  1. 1 Slice meats into strips and marinate with soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
  2. 2 Heat a wok and stir-fry the meats until browned.
  3. 3 Add chopped bell peppers and cook for 3-5 minutes.
