Ingredients

  • 🍯 400 g sugar
  • 200 ml water
  • 🧂 15 g nutmeg
  • 🧂 50 g pectin
  • 🍋 50 ml lemon juice

Method

  1. 1 Boil sugar and water until dissolved.
  2. 2 Add grated nutmeg and simmer.
  3. 3 Stir in pectin and lemon juice, then set aside to cool.
