Ingredients

  • 🥩 500 g lamb
  • 🥕 200 g potato
  • 🥕 150 g zucchini
  • 🥕 100 g carrot
  • 🥣 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 🧄 1 piece onion
  • 🧄 3 cloves garlic
  • 🧂 2 tbsp spice mix
  • 500 ml water

Method

  1. 1 Brown lamb in a pot, add onions and garlic till translucent.
  2. 2 Stir in tomato paste and spices.
  3. 3 Add water, bring to a boil then simmer with vegetables.
  4. 4 Cook until meat is tender and vegetables are soft.
