Ingredients

  • 🥛 500 ml coconut milk
  • 🍯 300 g jaggery
  • 🌾 150 g rice flour
  • 🧂 5 cardamom pods
  • 🥜 100 g cashew nuts
  • 🧂 1 tsp salt

Method

  1. 1 Boil coconut milk with jaggery until the jaggery melts.
  2. 2 Add rice flour and cardamom, stirring continuously.
  3. 3 Cook until thick and add cashews.
  4. 4 Pour into a greased dish and cool to set.
