Ingredients

  • 🥩 1 liter beef stock
  • 🌾 200 g noodles
  • 🥩 300 g beef shank
  • 🧄 1 medium onion
  • 🧄 4 cloves garlic
  • 🥣 15 ml fish sauce

Method

  1. 1 Boil beef shank in stock with onion and garlic until tender.
  2. 2 Remove the meat, shred, and return the bones to the pot.
  3. 3 Add cooked noodles to the broth and ladle into bowls topped with shredded meat.
