Ingredients

  • 🥩 500 g chicken
  • 🥕 1 large bamboo tube
  • 🌿 2 stalks lemongrass
  • 🧂 20 g ginger
  • 🧄 3 cloves garlic
  • 200 ml water

Method

  1. 1 Clean and cut the chicken into pieces and season with salt.
  2. 2 Place chicken inside a bamboo tube alongside lemongrass, ginger, and garlic.
  3. 3 Seal the bamboo with a banana leaf and cook over an open flame for 30 minutes.
