Ingredients

  • 🌾 300 g maize flour
  • 🐟 400 g chambo fish
  • 🧂 1 tsp salt
  • 500 ml water
  • 🫒 2 tbsp cooking oil

Method

  2. 2 Reduce heat and simmer, stirring, until thick.
  3. 3 Fry the chambo fish in oil until golden brown.
