Ingredients

  • 🥕 500 g cassava
  • 🍯 2 tbsp sugar
  • 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
  • 🫒 500 ml cooking oil

Method

  1. 1 Grate cassava and mix with sugar and salt.
  2. 2 Shape mixture into small patties.
  3. 3 Fry patties in hot oil until golden brown.
