  • 🌾 100 g rolled oats
  • 🌾 100 g flour
  • 🍯 100 g sugar
  • 🥛 100 g butter
  • 🍯 50 g golden syrup
  • 🥜 50 g shredded coconut
  • 🧂 1 tsp baking soda

Method

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray.
  2. 2 Melt butter and golden syrup in a small saucepan.
  3. 3 Mix dry ingredients in a bowl, and combine with butter mixture.
  4. 4 Form balls and flatten them on the tray, bake for 10-15 minutes.
