Ingredients

  • 🥕 400 g green plantains
  • 🧂 5 g garlic powder
  • 🧂 5 g sea salt
  • 🫒 200 ml vegetable oil
  • 🍋 1 lime

Method

  1. 1 Peel and slice plantains into 2-inch pieces.
  2. 2 Fry slices in oil until golden, remove and flatten.
  3. 3 Re-fry flattened slices until crispy and drain excess oil.
  4. 4 Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and a squeeze of lime.
