Ingredients

  • 1 liter water
  • 🌾 100 g maize meal
  • 🌿 1 piece munkoyo root
  • 🍯 50 g sugar

Method

  1. 1 Boil water and add maize meal.
  2. 2 Stir until thick paste forms, then let cool.
  3. 3 Add munkoyo root and leave to ferment for 24 hours.
  4. 4 Strain and add sugar to taste.
  5. 5 Chill and serve.
