  • 🥕 300 g taro
  • 🥕 300 g sweet potatoes
  • 200 g bananas
  • 🥛 200 ml coconut milk
  • 🧂 50 g ginger
  • 🧄 150 g onions
  • 🧄 50 g garlic

Method

  1. 1 Prepare the earth oven by heating stones over a fire.
  2. 2 Peel and cut taro, sweet potatoes, and bananas.
  3. 3 Season and wrap the meat and vegetables with coconut milk in banana leaves.
  4. 4 Place the wrapped food in the pit, cover with heated stones, and cook for several hours.
  5. 5 Uncover and serve hot.
