🐟200 g salted cod
🌾150 g flour
🧄50 g onion
🧂1 scotch bonnet pepper
🌾1 tsp baking powder
125 ml water
Method
1Soak the salted cod overnight, then flake it.
2Mix flaked cod with flour, onion, pepper, and baking powder.
3Add water to form a thick batter.
4Drop spoonfuls into hot oil and fry until golden brown.
